Despite Salt Lake County requiring masks, the Sandy, UT location aren’t asking customers to wear a mask. A large number of people were in the store without masks. Not one employee asked people to put their masks on. We won’t go back to the Sandy, UT store.
My husband and I have been Home Depot customers for decades. Today, my husband went to pick up items placed online for curbside pickup only to find out once he arrived that curbside pickup is no longer available. Nobody let us know ahead of time that pickup has been discontinued, and the website allowed us to place the order as a pickup order. What an ignorant and money hungry company. They do not care about their customers and will sell you merchandise they don't have access to sell. They will gladly take your money, wait right up until you're supposed to get your purchase - call and say sorry, can't be there til July 22 (even though it was May 13 originally). Call to find out why and I'm told, "Oh we can't even buy that, I don't know why it let you buy it..." Not a care in the world to make it right and want to hold my money for days on end.
