Went to Home Depot tonight to buy a Ryobi reciprocating saw. I couldn't find one that comes with a battery and charger. I asked the employee monitoring the self-checkout if she could get someone to assist me. She said, "I'll try." She called overhead for customer assistance. Needless to say, no one showed up. I've NEVER struggled so much in my life with a retail business. We ordered doors back in August. We also paid for installation. The lack of communication is insane! Today we received a text that told us our order was ready and they would see us September 22nd. It's November 9th!!!! I've called 3 times in the past few minutes and NOBODY can assist. WTF is wrong with your company!?!?!?!

I ordered a washer and dryer 2 months ago. Day of delivery home all day no delivery. Went to store to find out where my appliances were at and got the run around. Something to the effect the vendor Samsung showed they were out for delivery. Several days later still no washer and dryer. I then asked for a refund. Again got the run around and 12 days later still no refund. I've been to the store, called the 800 number and chatted on line and still no one can tell me where my refund is. Absolutely clueless! any where is better. unless you like rude employees. customers service is not something this store cares about. and go ahead and try to speak to a manager. none of them will answer a call over the intercom, when you round one up, they'll try to pawn you off to the other manager that can't be found

You need to fire your loss prevention specialist. I've never been to Georgia but somehow I have to appear to court to fight a shoplifting charge. I live and work in Brooklyn. If I have to spend money to fight a bogus charge I will sue to recover my expenses and lost wages.
