Terrible Customer Service. If the main manager is not there Service Employees have no clue to to handle servicing a customer.
Terrible service by lumber. Wouldn't make a cut I asked for, even though they said over the phone they would. Stood there for about 30 minutes waiting for some one from lumber to come and cut to flat out receive a no. Guess Lowes is the new answer.
Store is great. Staff is great. Went to have keys made and woman was very nasty. First time I had this experience. I asked can I have keys made? She said can u give me a minute? She was annoyed. When I told her I needed 8 keys she rolled her eyes and got huffy. It made me feel bad that I needed keys. She should not work with the public.
Really dedicated to the community. Not just a store.
Best Home Depot! They have the most helpful and courteous staff. Love having our @MiYaD Menorah Workshop here every year.
