I ordered a $500.00 Masonite front entry door. First off it took 3 weeks to come in, which I understand isn’t Home Depot’s fault. I called the day before it was to be picked up to give my contractors name for pick up they said no problem it will be ready for him. When my contractor got there, the door was nowhere to be found. 30 minutes later the door was found. It had no cardboard protection on it, no wrapping. I will NEVER go back to this Home Depot. Bought a refrigerator for work. Had to wait for the sales guy to get off the phone. Then he told John Jr to go and get a flat cart. While I pulled my truck around. He comes out by himself. NO ONE FROM HOME DEPOT HELPED WITH the moving of the refrigerator. When did customer service stop in stores?? I took my heals off and loaded it, if I hurt myself I will ask for the security camera footage. I am so angry, what are employees in Home Depot getting paid for? No help what so EVER!!
They could add some staff to help customers. I waited for someone to come help me in the tile department this morning for almost a half hour. They could also open more than one register with a person running it.
however i hate those self checkouts..they PUT AMERICANS OUT OF JOBS..and they are not fast and accurate and there are many stock item throughout the store that cannot be scanned and require a rep to go hunt down the item and find the price and report back to self checkout leaving the customer (me) standing there for 5 to 10 mins...very annoying.and again IT PUTS AMERICANS OUT OF JOBS...no retailer should ever do that and claim they need to to stay competitive.
Home Depot mislead a sale of steam dryer and rebate for matching washer. Two people in the Wilbraham department have been playing games with me for months while I attempt to get resolution. Empty promises, denials, and delays, misleading information, lies in emails, and the list goes on and on. All I want is a matching washer and steam dryer similar to what they claimed to sell me. How can this get the appropriate attention and help?
Self Check out is BS. The ONE CASHIER o duty was in the bathroom!!!! Are you kidding me? Rude HELPER at register. I've never been so aggravated there before
Not happy at all. We bought a washing machine and it was scheduled to be delivered July 5. Didn't get it because of delivery issues so they rescheduled. Same issue for the second date and again for the third delivery date. The washer has been paid for, yet I am still paying to go to the laundry mat because they have set a fourth delivery date of August 8. Needless to say I am really pissed off. Can't get a straight answer from costumer service.
