RecommendedWhile I am partial to this store, the people that work here are the best bunch you could ask for. While sometimes stretched thin and you might have to wait for customer service, with a little patience, it will be top notch customer service. There are numerous knowledgeable associates on the sales floor and those that might not know will definitely point you in the right direction. Give them a chance. You'll be glad you did.

I waited 30 minutes after asking the pickup counter to get some assistance to pick up a rack and put it on my cart. zero assistance I had enough time to place an online order so they can have it ready for me on a cart. I am glad I wasted my time at the store when. I can look down a row and see 5 people standing around talking to each other. I never expected customer service at Home Depot this is just another awesome reminder of how they need to work on remembering who keeps their store open.
My sister applied for a credit card and bought a washing machine. She doesn't like it. We went in Monday night to try and return it to no avail. Yesterday and today she has been getting the run around about restocking fee and returning. She is being put on hold and told endless amount of times yesterday that someone would call her back and no one ever did. She is very stressed out about this and still trying to take care of her disabled husband.
Anita in appliances was absolutely amazing from before we even came into the store, we called and was transferred to her and she answered all our questions, once we arrived to the store she was very welcoming and made sure we was completely satisfied with our purchase.
