The service is horrible at this store. They don't have a clue how to help you. Poorly trained. Brought a washing machine then call to say it was in. But can't find it after a hour.. Was told it is coming 4 days later. Do not buy a appliance with them.
Went there and needed help in the plumbing section. Walked all over the store and couldn't find anyone. Finally decided to leave to go to Lowe's and saw three employees just standing around outside talking. Won't be going back!!!!
I brought the kids to the DIY workshop at Home Depot. Ms. Faye was awesome, very patient and gentle with the little ones. We will definitely be back for another workshop!
Not enough employees to help out in the department and the management staff just walk around and don't assist with costumers and don't even bother to help their employees when they did it !! They need to take care of the older employees that have been their with the company better instead of giving them trouble and the favoritism needs to stop for one department head that can walk around and not do nothing while everyone else has to do his work for him that's ignorant and stupidity on the management fault for thus !!

So I called home depot three times and the chick said it will be assembled and ready for pick up. I called since 9 am. No call back, nothing. So I go to the store at 4pm and it's still in the damn box!!!! Really???!!! Y'all couldn't call me and tell me the assemble team wasn't coming this week!!!??? Man. FUCK YOU HOME DEPOT!!!!!! Now we're gonna have to bring this big ass box home and try to put it together our damn selves. What a damn shame!!!! Workers are super slow . We couldn't find any help ! When we finally caught one , guess what, she doesn't work at this area , she is gonna need to call another guy . And 30 minutes later , still no one show up to help ! Waste my time ! I gave 2 stars , then I came back to change to 1 star. Now you see how much I hate it !
This whole store is a joke. They don't care about customer service at all. They lied to me on multiple occasions which I busted them in and still refuse to try to make anything better.
Diy workshops are a joke, called corporate to complain. They want to do demonstration only or don't even have workshops at all. Do it yourself workshops are hands on projects. FALSE ADVERTISING WORKSHOPS!
