Home Depot quarantine control of customers kept me from spending 5k today. Should of never stopped here, won’t make this mistake again.
RecommendedThe LG top loading washer I bought in Feb. is just functionally horrible to operate. This must have been designed by a bunch of nerds that never did laundry in their lives. The delicate cycle is anything but delicate at 59 min. , the cold water becomes hot , the spin cycle even light is way too hard and too long . Please stop selling this awful machine that wrecks our clothes.
We bought new washer and dryer. The service and deal were so good that, we went in only going to buy the washer but the price was so good we bought the dryer too!! ♡♡♡♡
Home Depot just lost thousands of dollars of business annually because of $2 thermostat on a bar-b-que. Not the actual thermostat but their poor customer service and the way they handled it.
The customer service here is excellent! However I bought a few moving boxes and most of them were easy to tear or they fell apart :(
Thank you to Lauren, Benjamin, and Liam who helped me with pricing, carting, and loading a large Father's Day item!! You were all friendly and helpful to me and it means a lot, especially since I have MS and going to the store can be a struggle. Home Depot should.be proud to have you as employees!
Great, helpful staff except those people who are to help load. It was really pathetic that 3 men couldn't help us. Us two independent 50 plus year old ladies GOT IT DONE. I still <3 HOME DEPOT.
