Check out the garden department! When we stop by one of the lumber stores, I always head to the garden department first. They have some great plants, and most are grown locally by Bell's Nursery. Home Depot is a good place to find new ideas for the home too. I still prefer the plant section though!
Customer Best Home Depot in Frederick. Always have everything in stock, and always very helpful employees that know what and where everything is! Always clean, and always a good experience!
I ordered a new washer and drier in June. The woman that placed my order in the store checked the availability and said they were in stock but because of Covid it would be just over a month before they could be delivered. She put a note in the work order that we live on a US Army Base and that everyone would need a valid ID to enter the base. That was fine. I asked for the day off from work for the delivery. Not adhering to mask regulations, not even their employees are not wearing them! Why???? If customers are required to wear them the employees should too!
This store is not taking any precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. They are not following any CDC guidelines!! 😡 Their employees are NOT using mask/gloves. They haven’t increased their frequent cleaning of counters or any high touch surfaces throughout the store. They don’t have any hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes for customers. Way to go Home Depot- Eliminating all the cashier jobs for self checkout. I seriously doubt your savings have been passed down to the customer.... so what was the point? Except to eliminate hard working individuals from the workforce.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. placed order online and everything was perfect and didn't take long to receive. This Home Depot will always be my go to store.
Don't need smart-ass comments from employees. I went to the Home Depot on Urbana Pike today, looking for a dehumidifier. I asked two employees for directions. The first guy told me that they were out of dehumidifiers, helpful information, though not what I wanted to hear. He also told me that the Route 40 store was also out of them, but I could order online, also helpful information. I want to thank the team at Home Depot Frederick on Urbana. I had visited other locations today hoping to take advantage of the amazing Ryobi Father’s Day Sale. Any other place I went to wasn’t sure if they had anything left, and didn’t seem interested in helping to check. At Urbana however, not only did Nick take a part in helping me find this deal, he went through every tool and box on display to make sure I got what I was looking for.
