Bought paint at the EP location and had an issue. Chaska was more than fair in helping and compensation. We will do all of our home improvement shopping there from now on. Thanks Briar and team!
The employees are fabulous. Home Depot is very convenient, however they do not stock the "critter" food I was seeking.
Home Depot is my go-to shopping center for all things home repair related. I always get great service, and the staff is so willing to help me find exactly what I need. Keep up the good work and the excellent management!
Whatever you do DO NOT buy your carpet from these people!!! Everything from the manufacturer to the store to the headquarters has been an absolute nightmare to work with!! Warranty is garbage.... I will never purchase anything from these people again. Their level of knowledge is appallingly low... you might as well teach yourself how to install the carpet, you'd do a better job than who they send out to do it... what a waste of $5000... I honestly want to rip the stuff out and start over at this point. BEWARE!
Why offer cutting service when you have to jump through hoops to get something cut? I've been here twice to get 4 pieces of plywood cut and was told both times they only do that when they aren't busy. How would I know when they are busy or not? I called today thinking I will pay for it over the phone and they can cut at their leisure. Nope, not happening. I was told I would have to come in and pay for it first since they won't take phone orders anymore and I would have to wait for it to be cut. Will they be 'busy' when I arr... read more
