I ordered something for pick up in the store on April 7th. Said it would come April 14th. Due to COVID-19 I was patient. On April 24 i call to find out what is going on because tracking number never said anything other than on the way. They said it was damaged and another was coming. I called back on May 5 and said the same thing, but they couldn't tell me where it is or when it is due to arrive. This place is nasty !! While the inside is clean and organized. There is trash and debris all over the property!! There are damaged carriages and carts thrown all over the lot and fields and empty chemical containers all over place... leaching chemicals into ground water
I spent a lot of time at this Home Depot this year doing complete house renovation and the associates here deserve the highest praise. Etta, Devon, Laddy and everybody else who was helping me - you are the best!!!! Thank you.
You know I really like this store and the people that work there are very friendly and helpful, anytime I go, however last night (Sat. 6/13/15) I went to get about 7 items, somewhere around 8:45 PM, I got 2 of those items and left the store quickly. Want to know why???? Because I felt like I was being ASSAULTED by the screeching music (???) that was BLASTING through the store!!!! Why is it that we need this constant distraction??? Guess I am out money on a gallon of paint. I got the right color but I got semi- gloss instead of flat that I needed. So now it looks like I'll be paying for a new gallon while the other is a total waste. Thanks for the mix up.
