You people should be ashemaed.So understaffed that the poor woman in appliances was there almost 2 hours after her shift because no one else to cover.Full blown summer crowd in there with Not one person covering lumber from 5-7 yeah no one...Guy in recieveing was bobbarded with people he did not even know how to help..The woman in appliances was almost about to cry,The store manage should be fired on the spot! Let me just say I could have been a very disgruntled customer purchasing a Pre-lit Christmas tree and hauling it back to my house only to find out that not only did it NOT work, I found a broken ornament hanging on a branch; meaning it was a damaged item and possibly already returned … then realized (while on hold inquiring about my issue) realized it was the wrong tree in the box that I just bought! I deliver there friday, it can be better, it had to much things like pallets and Merchandising in the way of the receiving area, I've delivered there before I didn't used to be like that, it can get better hey used to be one of the best HD stores

The Monticello New York managers were so cruel and mean and they didn't even try to help us with our situation and our return items and our warrantee other hoses for life
