TERRIBLE service - I bought a stove and had it delivered. The delivery company came (without masks or gloves during Covid) and said they could not install "because the existing stove was glued to the granite". They asked me to have it removed myself and they would come back in a couple days to pick it up. The moment they left, I checked myself only to find out it was not in fact glued - just a bead of calking to keep water out. I removed the stove in 30 seconds myself with no problem.
