Bob in the tool rental department was amazing! I had some mild flooding and needed a carpet blower/dehumidifier and he was super helpful! Didn’t try to up sell me and in fact put back some of the equipment he initially recommended after I explained the situation, saying what I had at home was sufficient plus the one tool he recommended.
We had a small issue with an order but, Mona the Manager, helped us tremendously. She checked on us when she wasn’t on duty. She made sure our order came out as planned, and made it smooth once she took over. We cannot thank her enough for being true to her word. I am pleased and know she works hard to help customers. We will definitely be back, this weekend. Thank You!!!
I got unloaded quickly and the employees in the receiving area are really nice!
Your employees could be better trained with regards to discounts for Veterans. My brother visited your store the other day and was refused a Veteran's discount because, according to the employee, a VA ID card isn't proof that you're a Veteran. Not a good look in an area that has a large number of them.
I bought a Husky tool chest and didn’t pay attention to the weight....I bought it online and picked it up same day. Delilah had it loaded onto my truck and when I got home I read 261 and 379 lbs on each piece. I panicked!!! I called back up there and luckily Delilah was the one who answered. I told her I needed help getting it off my truck and was there anyway they could send someone out in the next few days....she made it happen same day!!!
