Bought a compressor last year. Compressor is acting up. Took it in to have it looked at/get it repaired. Tom wants to charge me $18.95 to basically do some data entry into the computer to see if my compressor (WHICH IS STILL UNDER THE 2 YEAR WARRANTY, MIND YOU), will be 'covered'? What is the warranty for? I have the receipt in hand, showing I bought the compressor 5/11/15, and it has a warranty for two (2) years. Now, how am I not covered? And why would I be charged for anything at all, if there is a warranty? Please help m... read more
We absolutely love our home depot, we know where everything is and we love the monthly kid workshops that they do! I use their app daily to look for the daily specials and have bought a few of my major appliances there. We are doing projects around the house so we are constantly at home depot.
