We were trying to find a plumbing piece for our bathroom. My hubby found it at Lowes and tried calling them to find out if they had them in stock in the store. After 4 unsuccessful attempts to speak with someone we contacted Home Depot in Easley and spoke with Chris, the customer service supervisor. He not only looked up what we needed but also double checked they had them in the store and another set for the bath/shower combo in our other bathroom. When it takes over a month to get a standard storm door ordered and the installers call and cancel 3 times so far....and It's still not installed... Not the place to go!!!! Go to Lowes!!! I knew better than to go to Home Depot but I wanted to give them one more shot, so far, they've blown this one... I'll never shop here again!!!

Went to Home Depot on Thursday afternoon only because I had a $200 gift card and also wanted to buy a new cook top. So the guy that was helping us said we charge a $59 delivery charge to the store or to your home. Said best just get it delivered to your home as you pay for delivery. Never heard of this as I deal with lowes and they don't charge a delivery fee. He was trying to scan a coupon to give us $50 off and it wouldn't work. Incredibly P.O.ed. Went to purchase a microwave they had priced for $218 and they told me that there would be a $58 delivery charge. Even if I pick it up in store. If it costs $277 put a $277 price tag on it not a $218 tag. # false advertising
My dad just bought a refridgerator from yall an it was delivered today,the delivery guys refused to take it out of the box to fit it through the door so they left it outside for my 68 yr old dad to try an get in by himself,My dad would never say a word about it to anyone but me on the other hand,i think its the worst customer service ever an i will never recommend home depot of easley sc nor will i shop there.
Just went to the home depot in Easley for their Memorial Day sale to get the paint that they advertise for $10 off per gallon or $40 off per 5 gallons. Just be aware that this is a mail in rebate not an in store discount. They don't tell you that in their advertisement nor is it on the signs. You find out after you've spent a bunch of time picking out paint and then get to the register and it rings up full price.
