We went do do an exchange and the return registers were closed and had to go to the customer service desk and wait 10 minutes despite 4 employees standing around the return registers. Associate was friendly though.
Went to the garden center to buy plants... don't waste your time there 1/2 to all the way dead lack of water. Cashier didn't seem to care.
Would prefer to give 0 stars. We have rented quite a bit of equipment from here to work on the house. We have had lots of issues with equipment and customer service. Today was the final straw. Hubby picked up a piece of equipment that was 1/2 full of gas. They asked him to bring it back full. They would reimburse him. He took it back and was charged $100 cleaning fee. Wanted to charge $200. Then there was some argument about the gas. This is a lot of money for a "cleaning" fee. I would understand if it had dried on dirt or s... read more
I had a problem with the pickup of an online order, called the store and the problem was resolved by the end of the day. They went out of their way to make sure it was resolved. I am very impressed and appreciative of such great customer service. Thank you!
