I always have a great experience with the home depot. This by far my favorite home improvement store. I should have stock this store as much as I shop there.
Great experience buying a refrigerator today! We came in for hooks to hang a ladder on, and walked past a great deal on a fridge and said what the heck?!? Thanks Bob!
The staff I have worked with (specifically Yao Ming and Asst. Mgr. Mark) have been so helpful and so knowledgeable. I love going there and the hot dogs don't hurt either. The woman at the Hot Dog cart is one of th kindest people and is always so helpful with my 2.5 yr old. She even remembers our order. We love "the Deeps".
Extremely upset with The Home Depot in Troy, MI and their installer, United Home Service. We placed an order for a storm door and 2 entry doors. The reps in the store sat down with us and were patient while we picked out a door. After placing our order there was no proactive communication from Home Depot or the installer during the process of measurement, order delay, or scheduling the installation. Y'all need to get it together. You've had our special-order patio door for two weeks. We've called 3 times since then to schedule installation. All we get is that someone will call us back in the next couple of days, but NO ONE EVER DOES. If we had known how difficult it would be to just schedule an installation, we would have never bought this door through you.
This Home Depot is very friendly. We rented a 100 lb roller and I was unable to return on time due to my husband working late and myself unable to lift the roller. They didn't charge us a late fee due to the circumstance. It was greatly appreciated. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Never a bad experience.
This home depot has The best kids workshops. The staff is very friendly and my daughter always has a blast.
