I was at this Home Depot store earlier today with my mother and brother-in-law, I had never been to this particular location before (my brother-in-law lives nearby) My brother-in-law went into this room with I guess, Tools for Rental and I was standing in the doorway but I didn't know that it causes the alarm to go off (like I said I've never been to this particular store before) and the woman who worked there, screamed at me to move away frm the door and I did NOT appreciate that. Went to a different home depot different from my home location and I loved it was approved for another card and was assisted by the load team I didn't lift a finger after purchase. I had to sneak a tip to those young helpful guys
No complaints...a good experience. Employees greeted me nicely.
I was trying to get a replacement cabinet door for my Mom's house. The cabinets were only 2 years old and there was some warping and splitting on one door. After some misinformation on my part (forgot to mention they were stock cabinets) Seena called the proper department , showed them the door, and the gentleman immediately brought us another, and he even put the hardware on. I just wish I had asked him to drill the holes for the handle. LOL Very happy with the customer service we received. Sherry Stepulla
Frosty the Snowman has a big nose and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, had a very shiny nose, and if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows, like a light bulb. I like light bulbs and usually I buy them from the Home Depot. Yay!
I know you can't please everyone.I always enjoy my frequent visits.This is a cruel world.ppl get mad for one complaint?Wish I had a perfect world too...Home Depot has the best rating of all big box lumber yards...js.TY
