Had a GrEaT experience getting our Christmas tree last night:)
In store is 100% better than on line. Ordered on line washer/dryer. Had a a problem with the online shipped 2 of the same item. I called to get 1 cancelled but was told it was too late. Money was taken out of my account and will NOT be credit back. DO NOT order anything on line.
I took an instruction class with Paul on how to install tile floors. Paul was knowledgeable, patient and explained things very thoroughly. I left with a great understanding of the princess and some hands-on experience that gave me the confidence to attempt the task. Paul was a SUPERB instructor and I'm attending his next class in a few weeks. Staff there is always friendly, helpful and knowledge of their products for whatever my project is.
I have to give a HUGE shout out to Kay and the rest of the Fullerton Home Depot team for helping me out this morning. I needed a Christmas tree with a wood stand on it for our school Christmas show this evening. Although they don't normally do it, Kay went out of her way to help me get just what I needed. It is so refreshing to see that positive customer service is still alive!
Great people and stellar customer service.
I bought cabinets here and I asked numerous times if I could return them if I wasn't happy with the quality. Low and behold the quality sucked and now they are giving me a hard time about returning them. The assistant store manager Mickey had a bad attitude and was very rude.
