Horrible customer service. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a fridge and it turned into a disaster. The fridge we wanted was only available for the “sale price” online, which I thought was strange but I brushed it aside. We had Chris as the employee helping us out. They do not deliver major appliances when scheduled. Waited all day for a delivery and they were a no show. When I called to inquire about my delivery I got the pass the buck game all the way up to the store manager. Tired of being lied to. I WILL NEVER MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN! Do yourself a favor a use Lowes. They are just down the road and I have always had a good experience with them.
I was very surprised to see not only workers but the shoppers walking around with their masks ( some of them n95) only covering their mouth not their nose and mouth together! pure ignorance.... if you don't cover your nose at the same time you aren't protecting anything!

The past month I haves had to go to Home Depot in Oxford for dozens of things, from gardening to window shades. Well it’s been hit or miss with customer service and friendliness. First problem was every male working had stop me to make sure I knew what I was doing and getting the stuff I needed was correct. Could you just let me shop and stop questioning me and what I am getting? Was just at Oxford, MA location. Half of plumbing aisle closed. One guy working very methodically doing what I’m not sure. Went to building materials aisle, also closed. Maybe Saturday morning isn’t the best time for inventory shuffling? Paid for what I bought, alarm went off when I left. I stopped and waited. At least two employees paid no attention to me.
