Ordered carpet from this store for 3 bedrooms. 2 our of 3 bedrooms got installed. The 3rd room they didn’t bring enough carpet for( they did the measurements) and they say it’s our fault and that we need to pay extra to get the job completed. This store and Cheryl from the customer complaint department are absolutely incompetent and rude for saying this is our fault. We didn’t do the measurements, they did! We will never use, nor recommend Home Depot again.
Hate this store, worst customer service. Bought appliances , an have paid them in full within 1year, all I have had is problems with the refrigerator. Had not even had refrigerator 1 month an has had to be serviced twice, still not working right !!!
That's is 2nd home. I am a regular customer there.
The monthly workshops they have for kids is so awesome. Teaching kids how to create with their hands and build. Had a great time with my kiddo building a wooden crate tool box this weekend. And my kiddo had even more fun. The ladies running the event were so helpful and friendly. Thanks Home Depot San Bernardino!!!! You guys rock!!!!
I love home depot. I could actually work there. I shopped there all the time when I managed property and did the light maintenance. Now I shop to improve my home.
