Two consecutive days of poor customer service. I won't be back.
You sell a lot of florescent tube light bulbs. You don't offer recycling for the burnt out ones. Fascinating.
Your customer service people are so wonderful! They have helped me out several times this week, and they are tenacious with trying to find a product that appears to be no longer manufactured. Thank you!
Booo to your customer service. You need to tell people -up front- that if they order a product and it turns out to be wrong information- that they will have to wait until product arrives in the store for a refund...bad business practice.
I went to the Home Depot in Wenatchee today with the intent of buying a five gallon bucket of paint. Prior to having the paint custom tinted,I asked one of the check-out clerks if they offered a military discount. She advised me that they did, with picture I.D. I advised I was a vet and no longer had photo ID but that I could produce a DD214. She advised me that it wasn't any good. I find it hard to believe that the Home Depot in Wenatchee won't honor the only proof of service issued by the Dept. Of Defense.
