I bought a ceiling fan online because it was out of stock in the store. I had a $50 gift card to use towards the purchase and the balance I paid through paypal. The entire purchase amount was deducted through pay pay and I didn't get credit for the $50 card. The customer service lady said that you can't use paypal with a gift card. Well the screen had no trouble taking the gift card number. I'm p!ssed as now I'm out $50 and according to customer service that's just the way it is. Beware of the scam...............
We spent a lot of money here while building our house. We had returned merchandise, some with a receipt and some without. The majority went back on my credit card, so all good; however, $215 went on a store credit voucher. We own a company and had one of our employee's return it as we've never had any issues before. Apparently now, they tie an ID to the store credit, only allowing that one person to use it. I've been trying for two hours to place a very large order for delivery. The online system does not appear to be linked to actual store inventory, so it will not allow me to process my order. I called the toll-free number (30 minutes on hold, no answer), the store itself (12 minutes of ringing, no pick up), then called the store again (26 minutes on hold because "there's no one at the Pro Desk; I think he might be on his break. I Just got spit on by an associate and trespassed because my girlfriend coughed and walked around the store with a bottle of water in her hand. And the next time the loss prevention officer tries to put his hands on me or an associate spits on me it's going to be more then a trespass ticket. won't be spending anymore money inn your store. ps Mexican dude was following us around the whole time and I think it's because she's black.
Observe the attempt to protect your customers from this COVID 19. Not a single employee had a mask on today so I feel that you don't care about your customers health. I will no longer shop in your store!
I bought an Oven online on 3/9 with a delivery date of 3/17. The oven came in damaged on 3/16 so they called to say it would be another 10 days without an oven. So I went out and spent a few hundred dollars more because my family needed an oven. I canceled the order on 3/16 and still haven’t been issued my refund. I have been the the store twice now and will need to go back a 3rd time because they can’t process the refund online like I purchased it. Only HD I know of that does NOT give a Military discount to Vets! Active or retired only. I drive to FT Collins and they honor it. Gonna start checking out Lowe's.
