Never saw sales people make such an obvious attempt to avoid customer contact. When I finally did get help they refused to give military discount on special buy refrigerator... Went over to Lowe's that had the same fridge for $1.00 more, not a special buy, and Lowe's gave me a military discount. It's as if Hanford's Home Depot store doesn't want customers... And good luck finding a manager or someone who will own up to being a manager...not all Home Depot's are bad but Hanford's is horrible.
I had the best service tonight. Milton was exceptional and should be a role model for excellence. He went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. From the moment I walked into the door to helping me load my items, he left an impression that Home Depot values customers. Do whatever it takes to keep him. Thank you Milton!
I love the free workshops they offer for kids and for adults. They also have everything I need readily available! My babies love the race car style carts too, it makes shopping there more fun for them. 😁👍🏼
