Why do you sell plants that have been spray painted? Why do you sell plants that have fake flowers attached to them with hot glue?
We placed an order for tile. We checked on it the week you said it would be in. It wasn't there yet. We stop in tonight to find out it's been here for FIVE DAYS, yet we didn't get a call. Why? You cancelled the order for us. Now you have it but it's not on the shelves where it belongs and we have to wait for an associate to haul it down from one of the shelves above for us. All for six measly tiles. I'm glad they built Menards next door. We'll go there from now on.
I just love this store. I get gift cards from my kids for Christmas and my birthday so I can shop there. I want to work at Home Depot when I retire. It has everything I love in one store. Wood, tools, gardening.
STILL standing at the service desk waiting to exchange items!!! Slowest store in history! Come on guys! :(
Michael Fraley My wife Julianne and I stopped at Home Depot in Lawrence yesterday to buy a few bags of cedar mulch for our flowers. We also looked at some of the flowers and saw these grotesque labels "These Plants Protected By Neonicotinoids" . We decided to boycott Home Depot and spent our money at a local garden center instead. Let your money do the talking and stop buying garden stuff from Home Depot.
To slow on unloading trucks they need a better system
Very disappointed in an in home visit/estimate to replace some patio doors in my home...When a company can not give you a breakdown between labor, installation and materials there is a problem...poor customer service to say the least.
