It took my 30min till I was helped. I was in appliances an the poor associate was by herself. She did call for backup but they were very slow in responding.
I am now changed to only going to Home Depot. And the reason is Adam in plumbing. He has gone WAY about the call of duty to help out my wife and I. We met just today and he was willing to take his personal time to come to my house and show me what I needed to fix a leak in the sink. Wow. If the manager at the Lafayette store sees this. You should go thank him and give him a raise.
