Home Depot FAIL! Waited all day for Kohler tub delivery. Left the house for dinner at 630pm returning at 900pm to find my new Kohler $1200 tub standing in my front yard. Why did I supply shipping comments (deliver to garage in alley at rear of house) and why did I supply my phone number for the purposes of delivery problems? You have to do better!
We had a terrible experience ordering four glass front beverage that came in damaged and it took us over two hours to essentially not accept these four units. I can’t tell you how frustrating this is, replacements would be on back order - but we are not even going to darken the door of this establishment again.
Great store! The employees were very helpful and we really enjoyed our dry erase board class that they offered tonight.

No service at all... Walked around for 15+ minutes got ignored by multiple people, ended up ditching cart with items in it and left without purchasing anything
