just wanna say I actually had to do a search and find this page so if that proves anything about how bad our service was after buying a microwave that I wanted to make a complaint somewhere just to vent. I'm assuming Charlie had a bad day but when other employees almost laugh when they find out he is the person helping us then they doesn't give a person much hope that hes ever gonna be helpful. so if u go here good luck and don't ask for help 😎😎

Witnessed the store manager, Edith, telling one of her cashiers that she could not enforce employees of the store to wear masks. She said that the Home Depot mandate did not require employees to wear masks as long as they stayed six feet from customers or other employees. When asked specifically by the cashier whether employees had to wear a mask she said, “do you want the political answer or the right answer.” Are you kidding me?! I’ve been coming here everyday for weeks trying to buy 16’ deck boards. The guy that works in lumber told me they don’t have any. I can clearly see a whole bundle out back. He says there aren’t any again. I show him. He says I can’t buy those that they’re being held for someone. I ask how to get some held. He says that I can’t, they don’t hold lumber. I ask how were those being held and he says he won’t comment on that. Very professional. Outstanding experience.

They only ever have self service checkouts when I go. I have yet to be able to purchase what I need because all necessary aisles are blocked off. 3 different clerks were incorrect in an item location so I went to Lowes to get the lumber and weed eater that I needed. The higher prices were worth the excellent customer service.

Just visited at 11:00 A.M. on 7/11and group of employees, including the girl who checked us out, had masks ha going around their necks😡

Understaffed is an understatement. Don't bother with curb side pick up....24 hours later order is still not ready. Waited for an hour. Heading home to cancel order and reorder at Lowe's.
