Very disappointed in our Home Depot this afternoon. Ordered items via phone for curbside pick up. Got to the store, none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves or standing 6 feet apart. Didn’t hesitate to get close either. Got an email from Home Depot several weeks ago explaining the precautions they were going to take during these times. Not following any of them. Very disappointed.
Ordered item April 11 told me would receive April 27 will not order from home depot again 16 days to ship item is unacceptable

Absolutely recommend! Nicest guy, they were closing @6 pm due to the virus, pulled up at 6:03 because I also close at 6, guy went in and got what I needed and then proceeded to give it to me, (just some nuts and bolts no more than 2-3$ ) but I was pleasantly surprised by this! Excellent customer service!! Thank you kind sir!!! Restored my faith in humanity!

Outstanding customer service!
This is my second time purchasing paint from Home Depot and it will most definitely be my last. The first time I came here the woman saw me standing at the counter and turned around and walked away. I waited 20 minutes until I finally went and got someone from a checkout line to help me. Tonight I came with my aunt and right off the bat before we even said anything I could tell she was going to be very unpleasant. Went there to buy paint and customer service in the paint department was awful. The lady had a bad attitude. She wasn’t even busy but acted as if we bothered her getting her to mix paint for us.
