Just last week the governor of Ca. announced mask must be worn in all public places and today a relative went there and half the people were not wearing them and you had no signs. They are not going back which one goes usually 3x a week. If you cared about humans you would follow the safety rules! Keep people safe and enforce it! 😷😷😷
Some of the staff are very knowledgeable. I wish all employees would wear masks though
I’ve been here three different times now in the past two weeks for this or that but one of the things that I need is to make a duplicate key but both machines are out of order and have been for maybe two weeks now. That is just poor management get it fixed repaired replaced whatever you need to do you’re a hardware store you need to be able to serve your customers. All I got was sorry it’s out of order try going to don’s lock and key or Ace. 😳 wow come To Home Depot and recommend out

they need to work on the new check out system and the returns area/ pick up station. it can sometimes take a hour and a half to pick up or return your stuff! but all in all it's home depot.
