No stars but the system mandates at least one star!! Ordered a custom vanity top from them three times - first time was the correct product but grossly damaged, second and third time - a cheap substitute where they apparently just re-attached a new delivery sticker to the same product twice with the hopes that I would not notice. Each time, it was almost a month wait for the "new" product. Between the woodland store and the west Sacramento I'm pretty happy.. I avoid florin road,meadowview and cottage.
Terrible service. Ordered floors from here and also scheduled to have it installed and at every turn something went wrong. Delayed our project by almost a month. Will never go here again.
2nd time to this Home Depot. Both times very unhelpful. Had flooring questions and was helped by someone 2 days on the job. He was extremely friendly but didn't know anything. When I asked the difference between nylon, polyester, and triexta he googled it. I asked him just to call his manager to see if he knew. The manager asked him to google it. I don't blame the new floor rep. Home Depot needs to TRAiN its store associates and provide them a resource guide not just google!!!! No one can answer questions about tile install ... read more
