I work very close to the Lowe(r)'s store in Union City and have finally decided to stop tolerating their crap. I drive a couple of more miles to get to this particular Home Depot and they are outstanding. Always someone eager to help me without me looking for them!!! Must be due to excellent management!!
A few months ago we scheduled someone to come and give us a quote for bath and kitchen improvement. Nobody showed up. Last week we decided to try them again. We scheduled for today at 3:30pm. Nobody showed up. We called the store and they said that the appointment was never confirmed, which is a lie because on the same day that we ordered the service someone called to confirm the appointment. We just wasted the entire afternoon waiting for someone, and for the second time. I would never order any services from this store.
I usually don't do this, but I feel like someone has to do something about it... I buy all over the bay area, I've been at the home depots from Viselia to Sacramento and I haven't yet come across such a slow and careless store as the one in UNION CITY... The contractor desk SUCKS and their items are unorganized. Worst home depot ever!!!!!
