Looks nice from the outside, but cashier was rude & so was their bucket stacker.
went in today for a few items and found an awesome deal, $499 for a set of Milwaukee tools and above them was an advertisement for $150 off of $499. Once at the register my husband told the cashier that the $150 didn't come off. She informed us that the particular set didn't "qualify" for the deal after consulting a coworker, who told her it wasn't listed as an exclusion on the sign she called her manager who came out and very rudely said that it stated right on the sign that only bare tools qualified for the deal even thoug... read more

Customer service is not part of their employee training program.
Answer their phones, don’t transfer if no one is at other desk. Answer phones. Lol. Stand by the products you sell. Get some good customer service.
This place deserves zero stars. There's absolutely no customer service, no one around to help. We could easily blame it on a big store with not enough employees. However, it's a true reflection of their store manager Jeff. He absolutely does not care about customer service or if we return. Go to Lowe's they know how to treat their customers, they also happen to have better deals than Home Depot. It is not a crime to ask for discounted items. Helpful staff, Clean store
its probably the worst customer service ever......the job didnt get finished.....I was told by plumbing company I could pick up refund same day.....three days later and they still won't give me my money back even tho I was told by both home depot employer n manager I'd be able to get my return
