Customer Service. ADVISE: Follow proper CDC, WHO and local guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic that we're currently in. Witnessed associates jibber-jibbing without practicing social distance and coughing without covering their freaking mouths! Discussed and Disturbed. I am in no way speaking for all associates, but the two that I witnessed today...TERRIBLE!
Took my 6 kids to Fire Safety Day kids workshop. They had a blast. Thank you.
Waited over an hour... 1 hour! To find a grill and 2 chairs that were not in the right place. Over 15 were in stock of each product and no employee (not that many were helping) could find them. I have NEVER had a good experience with customer service at home depot
It was just the paint department! This store is pretty cool, but most people like service period.
SUPER DISAPPOINTED! I frequent Home Depot. I buy ALOT of lumber for my personalized signs and home decor business. It's cheaper to purchase full size plywood sheets so I do. Yesterday I literally stood for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to cut the sheet for me. I was one of 4 others that waited close to 30 minutes. Each of us had all requested help too.
