Luis, Asst. Manager, at the store in Carson was very helpful in troubleshooting my electrical problem with flashing LED recessed lights. He explained that the problem was most likely incompatible dimmer switches rather than faulty LED lights. He showed me which switches would work best and offered a full refund on my existing LED lights and dimmer switches if the new switches did not solve the problem.
