I just stopped in for a few thing. I had a question, but couldn't find any employees. When I went to check out, it is now self-serve only, but at least 3 employees were hanging out up there, goofing around. This was my LAST trip. I will be going to the small local store from now on.

Sunday afternoon at 4pm and they only have 1 person working the entire appliance section, kitchen remodel section and the poor lady working (Marcy 74 years young) (solo) had approx 6-7 customers with questions and/or wanting to make a purchase. NOT her fault! Seems less and less help these days and care for customer service and the client. I guess they @HomeDepot make so much money/profits they don’t care if they loose sales/business. Poor customer service. Cashier didn't bag our purchases. Said there are the bags & then started to ring up guy behind us. She was also too busy putting on her apron & talking to another clerk.
They have everything you'll need for any project. A great store with excellent service.
Horrible customer service - waited for over 1/2 hour for help to get some carpet cut - after asking multiple employees and being ignored I left without purchasing anything. The store was a absolute mess as well, with pallets of merchandise blocking the aisles.
