I don't recommend them today! I've been trying to get part of my carpeting order switched for the last two days, and apparently the supervisor is never there and they're the only ones that can make the change. I've left multiple messages only to be told that the supervisor will call me, but he/she doesn't, or hasn't yet. Trying to call them is an absolute joke unless you just love to be put on hold, transferred, put on hold again, transferred again for fun, and then throw in a disconnect for fun. It's nuts.
Very or customer service. Had to search high and low for assistance only for the person to give me the wrong information. Then asked three additional employees for the location of a specific item and each person sent me to the wrong area. I ended up leaving without making a purchase
So I ordered my windows in May. They were suppose to be in the 1st week of july. Someone screwed up measurements so finally we had a date set for early August. They show up with 2 windows. I ordered 5. To this day Sept 4th I still don't have an install date for my windows. They are saying mid october. There is a serious lack of communication. I wanted them in early summer to save on my energy bill. Now I have high bills and no windows. This is the last time I do any improvements through them! Oh I forgot to add. I sent an em... read more
