The last time I went in I could not find a single person to help me and walked out pissed off
Home Depot You're really sucking it this Xmas season. My order is late, and your phone system will not allow me to speak to anyone. The tracking number you provided doesn't exist with any carrier, and you're giving me the runaround. You're blowing it!
I have been a customer of Home Depot for as long as I can remember. I have always received a military discount, but was just told I no longer qualify for one. I am a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and have a valid CA issued Drivers License with a veteran designation. Apparently this does not qualify in the eyes of Home Depot. I will no longer spend a single penny at any of your stores! I hope that the many veterans of this country hear of this and follow suit! Ashamed of Home Depot

I had the nicest day today at the Red Bluff store. We have been going there since it opened and in the past several years the service and attitude of the folks has been going to heck in a handbasket. Well today it was equal to the best of the them. The folks at the lighting helped us find what we needed and even waited while wife went and got the light that needed the part.
