They could get a different delivery provider who doesn't jerk me around for three weeks and try to delivery outside of business hours.
The woman at the return counter was very unprofessional. I had to show my ID for the return and she literally jumped back because of how different I look from my photo (It was 7 years ago, I've gained weight and drastically changed my hair.) She then proceeded to tell me I should try Weight Watchers after I explained the weight gain and sarcastically thanked her for pointing it out. I'm not even that big (size 16 and I work out). Customer service sucks. Their checkers are slow and service representatives can’t answer simple questions. I left my cart and walked out.
Sold me a new stove with NO plug, who does that, never even told us it was separate. Now we have to go back to store to get one, will never shop here again HELLO LOWES
tried to get a Discount at Home Depot showing my veteran ID card and was flat refused. They told me to present my DD214. I left my items at the register and went home empty handed. I will never return.
