This was completely inappropriate and terrible service. This has completely changed our outlook and opinion of the Home Depot company and this store for how they would treat an elderly customer and handle such an inappropriate situation. RecommendedOn Thursday 7/9/20, I went into Home Depot to grab a few things including 2 1x3 pine boards for a project. The bay where the boards should have been was empty so I was looking at other options and found a very helpful employee Frank who talked to me about different types of wood I could use for my project and when I explained why I had deviated from the original wood he found out that they did have some in stock but that it was still packed up. rude manager and employees, after waiting for over half an hour and two employees ignoring me called for a manager, he was rude. Passed up buying over $400 of yard tools and will not go back and buy the riding lawnmower that was next.
They won’t take my military ID I have a VA medical ID showing I was in the Navy. Why would they only give injured veterans or someone who spent 20 years in the service a discount.

I just wish people would follow the STAY HOME guidance !!! My husband is essential as a contractor and either cant get into stores or has to be at an unnecessary risk due to so many people in flooding stores because they feel its okay to go out and get home project things to do.Your DYI projects ARE NOT ESSENTIAL !!! STAY THE HELL HOME !! If you must work on a home project have the stuff delivered ! Contractors should have priority over profits.
So disappointed in Home Depot right now. We have a $100 gift card where $90 just disappeared. They can tell it disappeared but won’t do anything about it. They said I have to go into the store. I reminded them I am a mom, with two littles and can’t go into the store because of Covid-19. He just said, well sorry you feel that way?!?! What?? So disappointed.
they have a great variety of vegetable seeds. I was very touched they had marked parking for veterans.🇺🇸❤️🙏
I help run the bath remodel tub/shower estimates here, even opened it up in 1994. Half the employees who opened it are still loyal employees here! that makes this store one of the best for product knowledge and customer service! a great store to do business.
