RecommendedSerious shoutout to Jessica at the Pro Desk! I needed sod for my yard and delivered to Rawlins. I called seven different stores throughout the state and all were either not willing to deliver to Rawlins or very rude about it. Called Jessica she was so happy and willing to help with everything. The price was a little more than the other stores but she sold me on her customer service. Now I can’t wait for it to be delivered!
we ordered all new appliances and it took exactly 30 days after purchase to arrive when it did arrive dishwasher was damaged and the stove had paint chipped we really need a best buy in this town
Had a little miscommunication about a promised delivery date, but store manager Lane went out of his way to put things right. They were overbooked on deliveries, but after telling Lane that I could pick up in store, he offered to follow me home to help personally install my new fridge and haul away the old one, and I live in GR! Stellar customer service! Really appreciate the response and friendly service!
Check the prices! They mark it up 3 times the msp and then lower it so you think your getting a deal! CHECK PRICES!!

Went in for a multimeter and was instantly greeted and asked if i needed assistance finding anything. Professional and courteous employees throughout my whole shopping experience.
So so disappointed with the service and product received. After spending days upon days painting with what we now believe was bad paint, we went back to the store to discuss our issues with the Deck Over product. The paint worker acted like we were idiots and had NO sympathy. We had gotten horrible service in the past and this store just absolutely does not help customers with issues or put customers first. Whomever is managing doors is terrible! They never helped my husband standing there to get doors they closed the isles off right in front of him while he was hoping to get some help! No one is friendly at all We went one night to walk into the garden center and they closed all entrances due to wind ! The store was not closing for another three hours. These managers are ridiculous not customer friendly
