Recently applied for a house they were showing but unfortunately there communication is poor. I have not heard from them at all since I applied two weeks ago. I have tried to call multiple times and no answer. Also left voicemail asking about the application but no return calls. I feel like I have been scammed because now the house I wanted has been rented out. Don’t post things available if they are not. Still have heard anything from them but I won’t give up until I talk to someone this is nonsense.
I have been with Home Connection since May of 2019 and have been nothing but happy! The convenience of paying rent and putting in work orders and the amazing response with any issue has been so helpful! I appreciate the positive attitude of management and how helpful they have been! I would highly recommend!!!
My family and I have been living here before it was The Home Connection and can honestly say the change was for the better! Nowhere else that we’ve lived have we felt the compassion and professionalism in management. Highly recommend living here.
I have lived here since October 2019 and every person I’ve been in contact with through The Home Connection has been great! Maintenance, management, etc… they are prompt and professional and very kind. I would and have recommended them to friends and family.
