I had a really poor experience with this company. We rented for three years, never missed a payment. Left the move out rental in very good condition. We have video and photograph proof of how we left the rental. They allow the owner of the property to contact us directly to come over unannounced and peek over the fence and they’re trying to keep our entire deposit plus send us a bill will be Court be very wary of this company.
Gina and her staff are awesome! My home rented within 2 weeks! I've been managing my property myself for 20 years and decided to let someone else do it for me. I am very picky and talked to several Management Companies. The Home Company is the winner! I love the idea they're a small business. This was very unique! The directions were easy to follow, I enjoyed the overall experience with the self guided tour. I recommend a lot more companies do this. It’s very fast and efficient.
