I had a really poor experience with this company. We rented for three years, never missed a payment. Left the move out rental in very good condition. We have video and photograph proof of how we left the rental. They allow the owner of the property to contact us directly to come over unannounced and peek over the fence and they’re trying to keep our entire deposit plus send us a bill will be Court be very wary of this company.
Gina and her staff are awesome! My home rented within 2 weeks! I've been managing my property myself for 20 years and decided to let someone else do it for me. I am very picky and talked to several Management Companies. The Home Company is the winner! I love the idea they're a small business. My phone calls and messages are answered immediately, great customer service. I'm so glad to do business with them. You can't go wrong partnering with The Home Company!

If you are looking for property to rent in Tucson AZ this is it. We were in the process of moving from SC to AZ and found the home company through google. I’m so glad we picked one of their property because they’ve been nothing but AMAZING. We signed the house before we even get to Tucson and Veronica been with us every steps of the way.
