What a find! We needed a place for 6 days and was a bit nervous since I couldn't get a good feel for the outside of the property. Turned out to be a 2 floor apt building with maybe 12 units. We had 1 bed, 1 bath, full kitchen and W/D. Large bathtub, double sink and heated bathroom floors. The King bed was very comfortable, they put some provisions in the fridge for us along with bananas, apples and wine. Ample parking and not noisy. Absolutely one of the best VRBO's I've stayed in! I am a native Charlottean, & needed a place for a couple of days to celebrate my husband's 50th bday. I wanted some different scenery outside of our houses, & in lieu of going out of town, a staycation! Well, I definitely hit the jackpot! We stayed at Magnolia #7 and Queens Terrace #3 while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. What a treat both condos were for us! Jim and James have thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable we wanted for nothing both units were well equipped, clean, very stylishly decorated and the locations were wonderful! Best of all we could have our dog Wilson with us. He loved the porches and balconies at each unit as we did. THE HOST WITH THE MOST - I realize the title is a little cliché, but in this case it couldn’t be more appropriate. I was in a pinch looking for a place to stay and I received a recommendation by another guest staying at one of their properties. I reached out and Jim was more than accommodating.
