Laura was very impressive. She was outstanding in understanding our needs for our new home and navigating our first home buying experience. She knew it exactly when we needed help and how to best help. We had some complicated situation with the new home warranty that she figured out very well. She was patient and very professional and at the end her persistence with solving our concerns was fruitful. We could not have made a better decision then working with her. Highly recommend her!
