DO NOT PURCHASE! I placed my order on 01/23/26. At the closing of that purchase, I also added the "bonus" add on. My card was charged 2x for my purchase and bonus item, but in contacting the service department, they have no record of the double charge or bonus dispite me sending a screenshot of the withdrawal on my account. I have a tracking number created in 2/3/26, but it hasn't moved beyond the lable creation. Its 3/15/26, still haven't received ANY of my order. Customer service is non existent.
