I cannot NOT recommend this team enough to manage your home. If you want a literal hands-off experience, then these are the perfect people for you! And by hands off, I mean, they essentially collect a paycheck and do nothing after the lease is signed. Even then, it took them over a month (and decreased rent) to find a tenant due to an error on Zillow. Let me start by saying that if I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would!!!!!! We have put in 30+ work orders since moving here!!!! The maintenance team is an absolute joke!!! They will purposely deny calls!!!!!! I’ve called from my out of state number multiple times and won’t get an answer, but as soon as you call from a local number, they answer.
