I received a call this morning that my friend’s and my services could not be fulfilled. No apologies for the inconvenience. I asked why they have been advertising to fill time slots when they should’ve offered to my friend and me who booked a month ago! The first time we were there, we waited over 40 minutes for services and we were told we can go to Dunkin’ to wait. We didn’t complain and did just that. The massages were good. I had previously posted a very positive review as the quality of the massage was top notch. I am changing the review due to the lack of customer service. A friend and I booked an hour massage and 30 minute wrap for today. We were just informed that they overbooked and we can no longer receive the full services that we booked over a month ago. So much for customer care. If I want to overpay and get pushed through like an assembly line, I’ll just go to my doctor’s office. Very disappointed and will not return...which probably ... read more
