For Starters I Would like To Start Out By Saying DAN IS AMAZING AT WHAT HE DOES!! He literally healed my lower lumber issues. I am grateful to have benefitted from Dan's expertise in alignment and strength training. He took great care in making sure I felt the results I was after and that I felt empowered to recreate the same results on my own. His work gave me tools I'll use my whole life and help others with as well.
