walked in and there was a large crowd getting piercings. made an honest mistake going to wrong shop (Zeke uses to work here) told lady at counter we had an appt with him. she said ok and to sit down. they get another artist to do my daughters tattoo even though we told them we were there for Zeke. they refund our money but daughter received a call from shop owner telling her she needs to make sure she's at the right shop next time and that they don't normally give refunds and that he hopes she got a good tattoo. Sweet staff & wonderful job both piercings!!
Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Impeccably clean. Fabulous job on my daith piercing. Went in with a migraine, came out pain free. Caitie did a great job explaining everything before, during, and after my piercing. Will be returning when this one heals to get the other side done as well. Thank you!!!!
